Why does the diffuser pause or stop automatically?

The diffuser releases fragrance in intervals based on the selected mist level (Default: L2), so brief pauses are normal. It will also automatically power off when the selected 1/2/4/8 Hours Timer ends to avoid oil waste. (Default: 4H)

Why is there no mist or fragrance coming out after I turn on the machine?

1. Ensure the top curved ridges are properly aligned

2. Some oil ingredients produce no visible mist, but a fragrance can still be smelled, which is normal

3. If there is neither mist nor smell, please try to replace a new included atomizing core

Why did my diffuser stop working after about one month?

After a period of use, essential oil residue may clog the atomizing core. We recommend to follow the steps to use included “CLEANER”

accessory to clear the blockage. If still doesn't work, simply replace a new included atomizing core to resolve.

Why does the mist output decreases significantly after a period of use? And how often should I clean the diffuser?

We recommend to clean the diffuser once per month, as over time, fragrance oil residue may cause clogging. Cleaning is also recommended between changing fragrances to avoid altering fragrance composition. Cleaning Methods refer Manual "MAINTENANCE".

What kind of fragrance oils does your diffuser work with? And what's the oil-to-water ratio?

1. Our diffuser is compatible with most high-quality fragrance oils.

2. This diffuser is for using with 100% pure essential oils only. Please do NOT dilute with water or heating. Also, avoid using synthetic fragrances as they may clog the atomizer.
